As the CEO and owner of Rubirosa International Realty and PoloBroker, J.R. combines traditional real estate expertise with modern marketing, technology, and cinematic media. He is also an FAA-certified drone pilot and the founder of JRNYC, a media company specializing in real estate video, FPV drone cinematography, digital marketing, and creative brand development.
